TODO's history spans years. And maybe even more than that. Located here is a snapshot of its Founder. But TODO isn't about her; it's about every individual living the adventure of greening up the planet. While her story is currently visible, she is looking forward to the day when that "she" is shifted to "WE". This will happen when YOU live the adventure with TODO - everyone, everything, together for Earth. Pack an open mind and a positive vibe, let's greenup our environment!
Meet TODO!
Elianna Rivkin is a lifelong Chicagoan, athlete, music-lover, and teller of awful jokes. With a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in nursing, Elianna has made sunscreen for rocket ships, sailed the high seas with people of various abilities, and trolled for trash on her most treasured waterway. In 2013, she co-created and coordinated the Chicago River Clean Sweep, a water clean-up...on kayaks. Since then, this effort has grown river legs, and brought together 700 paddlers, 55 volunteers, and several sponsors to keep Mother Nature at her healthy best.
As of 2016, Elianna is both a registered nurse and Founder of TODO, an environmental nonprofit that connects people to the planet through science, art, technology, and outdoor adventure sports. In her free time, Elianna enjoys travel, books, playing outside, rocking out at concerts, and skateboarding with her seven-year-old niece. H2O is her favorite molecule.
